On Tuesday night leading Massage Therapist Sunny Moss will reveal how to release your body’s natural painkillers and increase healing circulation with self massage. She’ll reveal her secrets and techniques for relieving your own chronic and short-term pain in:

  1. Your face and scalp
  2. Neck and shoulders
  3. Legs and feet
  4. Abdomen and lower back and
  5. Your arms and hands

Sunny Moss is a highly respected massage specialist with over 20 years experience. She began massage with a 3-year course of study at Mt Lawley TAFE in Perth for 3 years and with ongoing training is qualified in Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Foot Reflexology and Sports massage as well as full facial massage.

I know Sony will help you take control of your own natural pain relief with her unique self massage techniques.

  • This sounds like it’ll be a great workshop. I’m a licensed massage therapist and I teach all my clients about the benefits of self massage. It can help ease your pain and provide relaxation. Most people can’t afford to get professional massages as regularly as some conditions require. Self massage provides a wonderful solution to this problem.
