Does it matter which points you tap on?
You can tap on all or some of the points. If you use more points, you may experience more relief sooner.. but not necessarily. My suggestion is that if you can use at least 5, you’re doing prett
Does the order of points matter?
You can tap the points in any order, although it is good to include one or more of the PR (psychological reversal) points (karate chop spot, sore spot, and under the nose). That will help you be more receptive to bringing in healthy changes.
What’s EFT good for?
EFT is useful for a wide spectrum of issues
For physical conditions (chronic illness, pain, injury, etc.) - releasing emotional that prevent healing, or that undermine living a full life in spite of the condition
Overcoming self-defeating behavior and limiting beliefs
Relieving work stress, anxiety, anger, cravings, heartaches, phobias, worries, judgment…
Symptom relief from headaches, migraines, allergies, pain, addictions, chronic illness…
Improving relationships, sports performance, work performance, attitude, self image…
Discovering more peace, clarity, energy, enthusiasm…

Right now, think of something you love, appreciate or are otherwise grateful for. Think of that thing with a smile in your heart for the next 20 seconds.

Drink water. Water is the only beverage you can drink that is free of its own agenda and ready to carry
In an interview on NaturalNews.com Dr. Batmanghelidji (author of Your Body’s Many Cries for Water) put it simply: “…nothing substitutes for water — not a thing. No drink — no coffee, no tea, no alcoholic beverages. Not even fruit juices. Each one of them has its own agenda.”
So unless you’re already drinking plenty of water, start drinking more. If you drink lots of beverages with an agenda (tea, coffee, juice, soda) start replacing some of those servings with water.
